There is nothing more attractive than confidence. To see a woman shining with her self-acceptance and self-worth is magnetic in its appeal.

You want to be closer to her, listen to her and learn her wisdom. You want to understand how it could be that she possesses this wonderful belief in her glorious self. 

The self-confident woman is not arrogant; she does not need to be. She stands tall with her shoulders back and does not feel the need to make excuses for that which she is. She does not cower in the shadows.  

She has achieved an acceptance of self that so many of us struggle to achieve. She does not heed your judgment, your criticism, or your comparisons. She is honest to herself and loving of herself. She strives each day to be the best she can be and is forgiving of her failures and her weaknesses. She is extraordinarily attractive, because she is glowing with love. 

Confidence is not knowledge for the ego to learn. It is an emotion, and a feeling within the heart and soul. It is an expression in behaviour of the soul’s maturity.  

Confidence is gained with experience and the taking of risk. The more we do something, the more we gain confidence – a belief that we can achieve, that we will be safe. 

We each have within us a basic instinct for survival that engenders the ‘fight or flight’ response. It is confidence that gives us the ability to stand firm and ‘fight’. 

Believe! Accept. Breathe.
